What we collect

This site collects information only when you choose to give it to us — mainly through the contact form on our Contact page. That can include your name, email address, course or club name, which package you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.

We don't run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site. Nothing about your visit is logged beyond the standard access logs our web host keeps for security purposes.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used for one purpose: replying to your inquiry and, if you become a client, delivering the flyover renders and communicating about that work. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third-party advertisers.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are emailed directly to our business inbox. They are not stored in a database or third-party form service — the only copy that exists is the email itself.

Course imagery

When we build a flyover for a course, we use publicly available satellite and mapping imagery of that course, plus anything you send us directly (scorecards, hole lists, layouts). We don't use that material for anything beyond producing your renders unless you tell us otherwise.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete any information we're holding about you by emailing 09sahilgandhi@gmail.com.
• You can ask what information, if any, we have on file for you.
• You're never required to give more than your name, email, and message to get a response.

Children's privacy

This site and service are intended for golf clubs and course operators, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
