What this service is
Flyover Fairways produces AI-generated aerial video renders of golf holes and courses, built from satellite imagery, publicly available mapping data, and any materials you send us (scorecards, hole lists, layouts).
These are not real drone recordings. No drone is flown, and nothing here is FAA-certified aerial cinematography. We say this upfront in every proposal and every delivered file — the value we offer is speed and cost, not a substitute for a real aerial shoot.
Accuracy
We build each render to reflect the real shape, layout, and features of your course as closely as the available imagery allows. Renders are illustrative marketing content, not a certified survey — they shouldn't be relied on for anything requiring precise measurements (yardage markers, construction planning, etc.).
Ordering and pricing
Current package pricing is listed on our Packages page. Pricing may change over time; the price confirmed when you place an order is what applies to that order.
Revisions and the iteration guarantee
Every package includes a set number of revision rounds, as described on the Packages page. Where a package includes unlimited revisions, that covers refining the render to match your course and preferences — it doesn't extend to unrelated new requests outside the original scope (for example, asking for additional holes not included in your package).
Delivery
Turnaround times listed on the Packages page are estimates based on typical workloads, not guaranteed delivery dates. We'll flag it as early as possible if something is going to run past the estimate.
Payment and refunds
Payment terms will be confirmed with you directly before work begins. If you cancel before we've started rendering, you're entitled to a full refund. Once rendering work has started, refunds are handled case by case — reach out and we'll work it out fairly.
Usage rights
Once a project is paid in full, the delivered videos are yours to use freely in your own marketing — social media, your website, membership materials, and so on. We may ask permission to feature finished work in our own portfolio; you're free to say no.
Limitation of liability
Renders are provided as marketing content, "as is." We're not liable for how a render is received by a third party (members, boards, regulators, etc.), and we don't guarantee that any particular render will be approved for a specific use.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date above. Terms in effect at the time you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
